Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders receive before 5pm will ship out the same day. This processing time may be longer during peak seasons, such as holidays or sale events.

We offer a range of shipping options for your convenience. The shipping rates will vary depending on your location, the weight and size of your package, and the shipping method you choose. Our current shipping methods include:

Standard Shipping: This method usually takes between 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Priority Shipping: This method usually takes between 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100. (Domestic Only)

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred when shipping outside of the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order has been processed.
